Bánh khoai lang nướng (Sweet potato bars)

Try to make these sweet potato bars, very moist and delicious. A great recipe to use left-over sweet potatoes from Thanksgiving!

♥Ingredients:

1 cup (250 g) sweet potato (jewel or garnet), cooked & peeled
⅓ cup (90 g) sweet potato (jewel or garnet), cooked, skin-on, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp (15 g) maple syrup or honey
¼ cup (50 g) butter, softened
⅓ cup (70 g) sugar
½ cup + 2 tbsp (100 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 large eggs
1 tsp black sesame seed
a pinch of salt

1 4.5 x 8.5 inch bread pan (12cm x 22cm)
